- The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
- How to withdraw consent
- You can withdraw the consent by sending a request to the email address in the "Operator" section. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the time limits set by 152-FZ, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Photos and images of people uploaded to the service

- Processing images at the user's request: generation, face swap, photo editing and animation — and delivering the result to the user's private gallery.
- Personal data processed
- photos and videos uploaded by the user, including images of a person's face and appearance;
- images and videos created by the service from them;
- text prompts for generation.
- Actions with personal data
- Collection, recording, storage, use, deletion, destruction. Generation results are stored in the user's private gallery and are available only to the user.

- Automated processing using neural network models.
- Persons who may be engaged to process data
- parties that keep the service running (hosting, computing capacity for generation) — under a contract with the operator and in compliance with 152-FZ.
- Validity period
- The consent is valid from the moment it is given until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. The user can delete uploaded photos and results from the private gallery at any time.
- How to withdraw consent
- The consent can be withdrawn by sending a request to the email address in the "Operator" section. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the time limits set by 152-FZ, unless otherwise provided by law.
You may upload only your own photos or photos of a person who has consented to the processing of their image for these purposes and who is at least 18 years old. By uploading a photo of another person, the user confirms having obtained such consent. Uploading images of people without their consent and images of minors is prohibited.
3. Consent to cookies and web analytics
- Purpose of processing
- Collecting visit statistics and analysing how the site is used in order to improve it.
- Personal data processed
- Yandex Metrica cookie identifiers;
